Sinar Mas Forestry is currently seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the team as a CoC (Chain of Custody) Data Management specialist. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of the company’s supply chain documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties:
* Managing and overseeing the administration of Forest Product Production Reports (LHP).
* Conducting comprehensive data analysis and inputting information into the SIPUHH Online and Woodtracking systems.
* Monitoring digital systems to ensure data accuracy and operational transparency.
* Preparing periodic reports regarding forest product administration.
* Evaluating and monitoring the implementation of Chain of Custody (CoC) standards.
Professional Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Forestry, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Administration, or a closely related field.
2. Experience: Open to fresh graduates, though individuals with at least one year of experience in forest administration or forest product management are encouraged to apply.
3. Technical Proficiency: Strong capabilities in data analysis and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
