In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the operational aspects of talent development across our hospital network. You will be responsible for ensuring that all learning initiatives align with Group HR standards, internal policies, and strictly adhere to government regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitating day-to-day HR operational tasks related to talent and development programs.
* Ensuring full compliance with organizational policies and national labor regulations.
* Assisting in the implementation of training initiatives to elevate staff performance.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all learning and development activities.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this position, you must meet the following criteria:
