# Career Opportunity: Expert Staff Positions at the National Social Security Council (DJSN) 2025
The National Social Security Council (DJSN) serves a pivotal role in shaping Indonesia’s future, acting as the primary advisory body to the President regarding the formulation of general policies and the synchronization of the National Social Security System. To strengthen its operational capacity, the DJSN Secretariat is officially opening recruitment for nine (9) Expert Staff positions for the 2025 fiscal year. ## Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be integral to the DJSN’s daily functions, working closely with the Chair and Council members. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing direct support to the Chair and DJSN members in executing official duties.
* Conducting high-level analysis on issues related to the council's mandate and functions.
* Drafting presentation materials and preparing summaries for executive meetings.
* Monitoring strategic developments that influence the performance and effectiveness of the national social security framework.
* Offering proactive insights and recommendations to leadership.
* Facilitating the organization of seminars, workshops, and expert discussions.
* Submitting periodic performance reports to the Secretariat’s Procurement Officer (PPK) by the end of each working month.
## Eligibility Criteria
The DJSN is seeking dedicated individuals who possess the analytical depth and technical proficiency required for this mission-critical role. Applicants must meet the following requirements:
* Residence: Willingness to be based in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek).
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with a minimum GPA of 3.25 from an 'A' Accredited institution. Relevant fields include Law, Finance, Accounting, Development Economics, Health Economics, Social Welfare, Public Policy, Public Health, Communication, Sociology, or Statistics.
* Experience: A minimum of two years of professional experience, with preference given to those with a background in social security research.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data processing tools. Familiarity with teleconferencing applications is essential.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, extreme attention to detail, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and the capacity to function both independently and within a team.
* Professional Requirements: Must be able to travel for regional assignments, work full-time in the office, and exhibit a high level of dedication.
Mandatory Submission: The "Golden Indonesia 2045" Paper
