## General Requirements for Applicants

## Available Positions and Qualifications
We are seeking skilled individuals for various one-year contract positions. All roles require a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
Corporate & Support Functions
1. Organization, HR, and General Affairs (1 position): Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or Industrial Engineering. Open to fresh graduates or those with up to 3 years of experience.
2. Legal (2 positions): Bachelor’s degree in Law with at least 2 years of experience. Expertise in legal drafting, contract law, and investment regulation is highly valued.
3. Risk Management (1 position): Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 2 years of experience in risk or investment management. Strong knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is essential.
Investment & Financial Operations
4. Money Market Investment (1 position): Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting. Open to fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
5. Capital Market Investment (2 positions): Degree in related financial fields with 2 years of experience. CFA, WMI, or BSMR certifications and data analytics skills (Python, Power BI, KNIME) are preferred.
6. Asset Management (1 position): Degree in Finance or Economics with 2 years of investment experience. Relevant certifications in finance or accounting are required.
7. Settlement (1 position): Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Strong knowledge of investment processes and Microsoft Excel proficiency is required.
Scholarship & Grant Management
8. Scholarship Recruitment & Selection (2 positions): Bachelor’s degree in any field with 1 year of experience and strong data management skills.
9. Scholarship Monitoring & Evaluation (2 positions): Bachelor’s degree in any field. Suitable for fresh graduates or those with 3 years of relevant experience.
10. Scholarship Disbursement (3 positions): Bachelor’s degree in any field with strong Excel and data management capabilities.
11. Scholarship Partnerships (1 position): Bachelor’s degree in any field. Experience in international cooperation, project management, and legal drafting is prioritized.
12. Scholarship Development (1 position): Degree in Educational Policy, Management, or Accounting. Requires 2 years of experience and advanced data management skills.
Research & Audit
13. Research Evaluation (2 positions): Master’s degree (S2) in any field. Research experience and Project Management certification are highly advantageous.
14. Internal Audit (2 positions): Bachelor’s degree in any field with 1 year of experience in audit, process analysis, or data handling.
