## General Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following general criteria:
* Nationality: Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI) who upholds the principles of Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, and the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
* Age Limits:
* Administrative/Support Staff and Assistant Expert Lecturers (Master’s degree): Maximum 35 years old.

* Political Neutrality: Must not be a member or affiliate of any political party or engaged in practical politics.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong communication skills.
* Availability: Willingness to work outside standard hours and be stationed at any UT office across Indonesia.
## Specific Academic Requirements
Candidates must provide proof of academic excellence as follows:
* Accreditation: Applicants must hold a degree from an institution and program accredited at least "Good/B" (Baik Sekali) by BAN-PT or an equivalent independent accreditation body at the time of graduation.
* International Degrees: Graduates from foreign universities must provide a Certificate of Equivalence issued by the relevant Indonesian Ministry of Higher Education.
* Minimum GPA:
* Administrative/Support Staff: Minimum GPA of 3.00 (or 2.75 for UT alumni).
* Lecturer Positions: Minimum GPA of 3.50.
* Language Proficiency: Lecturer candidates must submit a valid TOEFL score of at least 500 or an IELTS score of 6.0 (obtained within the last two years).
* Doctoral Pursuit: Master’s degree holders applying for lecturer roles should ideally possess a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for PhD studies or commit to pursuing a doctoral degree with external funding within two years of appointment.
