1. Team Leader (1 Position)
* Academic Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of active field experience.
* Certification: Mid-Level Construction Management Expert (Ahli Madya Manajemen Konstruksi).
2. Drinking Water and Sanitation Specialist (1 Position)
* Academic Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor’s (D4) in Civil, Sanitary, or Environmental Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

## Core Duties and Job Responsibilities

Team Leader
* Deliver timely progress and strategic reports directly to the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) to facilitate swift administrative and technical decision-making.
* Coordinate, guide, and manage all specialists and support staff, providing detailed written clarifications to contractors regarding ambiguous contract clauses.
* Conduct local socialization and advocacy efforts, guiding the village community through the phases of the Extreme Poverty Eradication program.
* Ensure construction contractors strictly interpret contract documents, comply with technical specifications, and utilize context-appropriate engineering methodologies.
* Perform exhaustive quality checks on construction drawings, engineering calculations, and quantity sheets before physical works commence.
* Execute regular field inspections across all project sectors and issue formal recommendations to accept or reject substandard materials and works.
* Verify all completed work volumes, supervise the creation of accurate as-built drawings, and manage a structured physical and digital project archive.
Drinking Water and Sanitation Specialist
* Enforce structural compliance with construction regulations, workplace safety guidelines, and environmental conservation metrics.
* Facilitate local community education regarding clean water systems and hygiene.
* Supervise and document commissioning tests for piping networks and sanitation facilities.
* Audit the technical execution of sanitation and water supply installations, keeping the Team Leader informed of any structural deviations.
* Verify work progress schedules, quantify finished volumes, and assist in validating the contractor's monthly payment claims.
Road and Building Engineering Specialist
* Oversee commissioning tests for structural and building elements, drafting comprehensive quality assurance reports.
* Provide written technical guidance to the contractor regarding structural configurations and structural design plans.
* Conduct systematic field audits to inspect concrete works, building frameworks, and access roads.
* Review architectural drawings and structural calculations, recommending changes to the Team Leader when structural discrepancies are identified.
* Monitor daily progress, log data on master schedules, and maintain detailed technical archives.
HSE / Construction Safety Specialist
* Supervise the implementation of the Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) to prevent workplace incidents.
* Collaborate with the contractor's HSE staff to identify, evaluate, and mitigate active safety hazards at construction sites.
* Develop preventative safety programs and emergency response procedures to minimize injury risks.
* Evaluate traffic flow configurations around active project zones to maintain safe conditions for workers and local residents.
* Investigate safety incidents, draft analytical root-cause reports, and implement immediate corrective measures.
Structural & Piping Inspectors
* Check the daily readiness of construction sites and audit the equipment assigned to structural and piping tasks.
* Conduct routine inspections of physical works and review material mockups submitted by contractors.
* Verify real-time construction progress (opname) and cross-reference completed sections with structural safety guidelines.
* Identify safety risks in active zones and document findings in daily logs submitted to the Team Leader.
Project Support Staff (Secretary, Administrator, and Drafter)
* Secretary: Manage professional correspondence, arrange meetings, prepare official invitations, and run communication channels within the project team.
* Administrator: Maintain the project database, including contract agreements, shop drawings, meeting minutes, and official handover documents (BAST).
* Drafter: Examine shop drawings for scale and material specifications, adjust blueprints to reflect field changes, and archive historical drawing files.
