The Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas is actively seeking dedicated professionals to contribute to the nation’s infrastructure development. Through the Housing and Settlement Provision Implementation Center (BP3KP) Java III, we are opening recruitment for 120 Community Facilitators (Tenaga Pendamping Masyarakat - TPM) to support the 2026 Home Renovation Program (Bedah Rumah) across Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta. ## Understanding the Role of BP3KP
The Housing and Settlement Provision Implementation Center functions as an autonomous technical unit under the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas. Tasked with the operational execution of housing provision and settlement development, the agency maintains a widespread presence across Indonesia. With 19 units categorized into Class I and Class II, the organization covers diverse regional landscapes, spanning from the islands of Java and Kalimantan to Sulawesi, Maluku, Nusa Tenggara, and Papua.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the high-quality execution of the Bedah Rumah program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Nationality: Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI).
* Age Range: Between 20 and 60 years old.
* Legal Standing: Free from criminal, civil, or administrative sanctions; must not be an active member or official of any political party.
* Physical/Mental Health: Physically and mentally fit for the role.
* Commitment: Willing to work full-time throughout the duration of the contract.
* Digital Literacy: Proficient in operating computers and web-based digital systems.
* Background Preference: Preference is given to candidates with educational backgrounds in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related construction fields.
* Specialized Skills: Candidates who have completed technical building training or possess at least one year of experience in housing renovation assistance or similar programs will be prioritized.
* Proximity: Applicants residing in or near the project implementation areas are strongly encouraged to apply.
