1. Expert Staff for Victim Rights Fulfillment
* Education: Master’s Degree (S2) in Social Welfare, Law, or Political Science.

* Key Competencies: Proven expertise in defending the rights of violence victims, accompanied by professional certifications in human rights, child protection systems, or mediation.
2. Clinical Psychologist Expert
* Education: Master’s Degree in Professional Clinical Psychology (S2).
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical practice focusing on adults and children.
* Key Competencies: Valid Psychology Practice License (SIPP) and Registration Certificate (STR), alongside specialized training certifications in psychological diagnostics and trauma therapy.
3. IT Expert (Senior Programmer - 7 Years Experience)

11. Victim Companion (Headquarters & Temporary Shelter)

* Credentials: Must hold a professional social worker certificate issued by a recognized professional organization.
12. Case Manager
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Social Work.
* Credentials: Certified professional social worker with demonstrated case management capabilities in child and women protection environments.
13. SAPA 129 Hotline Officer
* Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any discipline.
* Age Limit: Maximum 40 years old.
* Key Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, operational familiarity with the SAPA 129 system (Mobile Apps, OCA Interaction), and commitment to strict institutional ethics.
