## General Recruitment Requirements
To ensure the highest quality of service, all applicants must meet the following general criteria:
* Eligibility: Open to the general public; applicants must meet specific qualifications for their chosen role.
* Experience: Prior experience in the relevant field is highly preferred.
* Professional Standing: Applicants must not have been dishonorably discharged from any government, military, police, or private sector organization.
* Status: Must not hold current structural positions outside the university, must be willing to work full-time, and must not be a member of any political party.
* Education: Only degrees from institutions with at least "B" accreditation or recognized foreign degrees (verified by the Ministry of Education) are accepted.
* Language: Must possess proficient active and passive English language skills.

## Selection Process and Schedule
The selection process is conducted in three rigorous stages using a "knock-out" system:
1. Administrative Review: Verification of submitted credentials.
2. Competency Testing: Subject-specific exams and professional interviews.
3. Psychometric and Medical Screening: Final assessments conducted on-site at the RSUI campus in Depok.
All selection phases are held offline at the RSUI facility. Selected candidates will be notified of their schedule via official email or authorized WhatsApp messages.
## Available Positions and Key Qualifications
RSUI is seeking qualified professionals for the following roles:
* Nurse: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Profesi) with an active STR.
* Pharmacist: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Profesi) with at least 1 year of hospital experience and an active STR.
* Pharmacy Assistant: Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy with an active STR.
* Laboratory Technician: Diploma (D3) in Medical Laboratory Technology with 1 year of experience in Anatomical Pathology.
* Nutritionist: Diploma (D3) in Nutrition (Dietitian degree preferred) with an active lifetime STR.
* HR Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Law, Psychology, or Public Health.
* Training Coordinator: Bachelor’s degree (all majors); hospital training experience preferred.
* Insurance Verification Staff: Diploma (D3); experience in hospital admission preferred.
* Cashier: Diploma (D3); 1 year of hospital cashier experience required.
* Clinical Education Administration Staff: Diploma (D3); skilled in documentation and clinical education systems.
* Mechanical & Electrical Technician: Diploma (D3) in Electrical or Civil Engineering with relevant equipment certification.
* Health Care Assistant: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Health; foundational knowledge in nursing care and hygiene required.
