## Core Responsibilities of Commission Members
Selected members will play a pivotal role in upholding democratic transparency. The primary duties include:
* Establishing standardized procedures for dispute resolution via non-litigation mediation or adjudication.
* Receiving, reviewing, and adjudicating public information disputes in regions where local Information Commissions have not yet been established.
* Preparing and submitting annual reports regarding the implementation of Law Number 14 of 2008 to the President and the House of Representatives (DPR RI).
## General Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this prestigious position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Must be a citizen of Indonesia.
* Must be in good physical and mental health.
* Must possess high integrity and an untarnished reputation.
* Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from an accredited institution. Foreign degrees must be accompanied by an official equivalency certification from the relevant government authority.

* Have served in an Administrator, Structural, or Functional position (Expert Madya/Lektor Kepala).
* Maintain an "Excellent" (Baik) performance rating for the last two years.
* Not currently under any medium or heavy disciplinary sanctions.
* Provide written approval from their direct supervisor, including an official seal.
* Submit proof of the most recent LHKPN/LHKASN and annual tax return (SPT).
