The Electrical team is responsible for the integrity and functionality of the refinery’s power systems. Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising Substation Equipment Energization (SEE).
* Conducting rigorous testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
* Performing motor solo run tests to verify operational safety.
* Executing detailed point-to-point line checks to ensure system accuracy.
2. System Completion Pre-Comm Foreman
This position focuses on the transition phase between construction and full operation. Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising comprehensive system completion activities, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and industrial equipment.
* Leading the planning, preparation, and execution of all pre-commissioning and commissioning phases to meet project milestones.
## Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma degree in a relevant field.
* Professional Experience: Proven track record in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects specifically within the Oil & Gas or Power Plant industries.
* Experience Duration:
* For Foreman roles: A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
* For Technician roles: A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
