Key Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our production lines run smoothly and efficiently, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate (SMA or SMK) from any major.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in operating and handling generator machinery.
* Health Status: Physically and mentally fit to perform factory operations.
* Vision Requirement: Must not wear eyeglasses.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as work independently.
* Technical Competency: Strong foundational knowledge in troubleshooting and problem-solving generator machine disruptions.
