As we continue to expand our production capabilities, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Engineer to join our professional team.
## Core Responsibilities of the Role
The Production Engineer plays a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of our production processes, ensuring that output meets rigorous company specifications.
Key duties include:
* Production Planning: Developing detailed production schedules and preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
* Operational Oversight: Monitoring daily production progress to ensure all targets are met consistently.
* Performance Analysis: Evaluating productivity metrics and proposing strategic programs to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
* Process Optimization: Creating and updating Work Instructions and process parameters to align with international standards.
* Root Cause Analysis: Investigating production bottlenecks or defects and implementing long-term corrective actions.
* Quality Assurance: Ensuring every phase of the manufacturing process adheres strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality benchmarks.
* Interdepartmental Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline production and support facility maintenance.
## Essential Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for a professional who combines technical expertise with a proactive problem-solving mindset. To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a production engineering capacity within a manufacturing environment.
* Management Standards: Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated capability in process efficiency measurement, data analysis, and the application of continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen or Lean Manufacturing.
* Problem-Solving Skills: An analytical approach to addressing technical issues and conducting effective root cause analysis.
* Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of competency in Microsoft Excel for data reporting and analysis.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, with the capacity to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member.
