1. Food Techno Commercial (Technician)
This role is critical in maintaining the high standards of our client relationships by ensuring seamless technical integration and product availability.
* Inventory Management: Monitor client stock levels, ensuring the implementation of the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system and verifying that products remain within their shelf life.
* Technical Support: Provide hands-on product demonstrations, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and conduct comprehensive training on equipment and product usage per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* On-site Operations: Conduct thorough site surveys, perform professional installations of machinery, and ensure all work areas are left in a pristine, sanitary condition.
* Client Relations: Maintain regular site visits with all necessary tools and testing kits, while proactively gathering client feedback through satisfaction surveys.
* Reporting: Document all daily activities and installation progress systematically.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
2. IT Support Staff
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT professional to ensure our internal infrastructure and digital portals operate at peak efficiency.
* System Maintenance: Oversee the management of the company website and internal portals.
* Technical Troubleshooting: Provide immediate resolution for hardware, software, and network-related issues to minimize operational downtime.
* Preventive Care: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of workstations across the company to ensure hardware longevity.
* Data Integrity: Manage critical data backups for accounting software (Accurate) and other essential corporate databases.
* Asset Management: Track and label all IT infrastructure assets, providing detailed reports to the Finance and Administration department.
* Infrastructure Oversight: Report major hardware failures or system vulnerabilities to management immediately.
