Core Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following competencies:
* Educational Background: Minimum D1/D4 or Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Petroleum Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a Surveyor in the Marine, Petroleum, or Agricultural sectors.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Expertise in CPO calculations for vessels and land tanks.
* Strong knowledge of cargo calculations utilizing draught surveys for ships and barges.
* Proficiency in sampling agricultural products, both liquid and solid.
* Comprehensive understanding of domestic, import, and export agricultural processes.
* Experience in cargo weighing procedures for both containers and trucks.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities and a proven capacity to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
