1. HRGA Controller
We are seeking an organized professional to oversee our human resources and general affairs functions.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage payroll processing, handle BPJS enrollment and compliance, and oversee operational GA expenses.
* Requirements: Proven experience in HRGA functions, including managing asset maintenance and company permit renewals.
2. Warehouse Supervisor / Staff
Our logistics team in Tanjung Morawa is looking for efficient individuals to maintain high standards of inventory management.
* Requirements: Must have prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations. Applicants must not be currently enrolled in university and must be willing to work at our Tanjung Morawa facility.
3. Creative Designer
Join our creative team to bring the Hannochs brand to life through visual storytelling.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw/Illustrator, Premiere Pro/CapCut, and After Effects is required. Knowledge of 3D modeling is considered a significant advantage.
* Note: Candidates must be comfortable conducting video shoots on project sites, which often occur during evening hours.
4. Administration (Sales / E-commerce / Warehouse)
We are seeking detail-oriented administrators to support our internal workflows.
* Requirements: Open to candidates with a minimum high school diploma or those currently pursuing a degree. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
* Placement: Warehouse administration roles will be based in Tanjung Morawa.
5. Accounting Staff / Tax Staff
Ensure financial accuracy and tax compliance within our fast-paced organization.
* Requirements: Candidates should hold or be pursuing a degree in Accounting. A strong grasp of financial reporting is essential, while Tax Staff candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of current tax regulations.
6. Outdoor Sales – Professional Lighting
Represent Hannochs in the field and engage with our diverse client base.
* Requirements: Candidates must be willing to learn the fundamentals of electrical engineering. This role requires flexibility to travel out of town and work irregular hours to accommodate client needs. A private vehicle and a valid SIM C license are mandatory. Not currently enrolled in university.
7. Technician

* Requirements: Minimum high school or vocational (SMK) education with a proven ability to repair electrical and electronic equipment.
