To meet the precise specifications required for cylinder seals, our workshop is equipped with five advanced CNC sealing machines—powered by Seal Master – DMH GmbH technology—capable of handling diameters up to 500 mm. We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to join our growing team. If you are looking to advance your career in a precision-focused environment, we invite you to apply for the following positions:
1. Welder
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding techniques.
* Certification: 3G-6G welding certification is highly preferred.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in tube and hydraulic rod welding.
* Requirements: Ability to interpret technical drawings and utilize precision tools like micrometers and calipers.
2. Assembly/Disassembly Technician
* Education: Minimum SMK (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
* Experience: Minimum 1 year as an Assembly Operator or Technician in the heavy equipment or cylinder industry.
* Requirements: Skilled in using calipers and capable of interpreting technical blueprints.
3. Sales Support
* Education: Minimum SMK.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales Support, Sales Admin, or general administration.
* Requirements: Proficient in MS Office, skilled in drafting quotations, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills with an agile, proactive mindset.
4. Inspector
* Education: Minimum SMK (Mechanical Engineering).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in pneumatic, hydraulic, cylinder, or seal manufacturing environments.
* Requirements: Capability to create 2D/3D technical drawings, proficiency with vernier calipers and micrometers, and a strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
5. PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
* Education: Minimum D3 in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar capacity.
* Requirements: Expertise in scheduling and monitoring production processes—from material procurement to final goods—and experience in planning and overseeing onsite projects. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
