## Current Opening: Injection Molding Operator
We are looking for a skilled Injection Molding Operator to support our operations at our facility in the MM2100 Industrial Town, Cikarang, Bekasi. This role is essential for maintaining our high manufacturing standards and ensuring the consistent quality of our automotive components.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Age: Maximum 24 years old.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience in injection molding operations.
* Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to operate injection molding machinery, conduct thorough quality checks, and manage product extraction processes.
* Operational Skills: Ability to execute daily production reports and participate actively in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Compliance: Strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and quality assurance protocols.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset for effective teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
As an Injection Molding Operator, your daily contributions will focus on:
