Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will handle critical procurement and supplier relationship duties, ensuring a seamless supply chain from plantations to processing mills. Daily tasks include:
* Cultivating and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with smallholders and suppliers through routine field visits.
* Inspecting and grading Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB/TBS) meticulously against established quality benchmarks.
* Overseeing the preparation and administration of FFB purchasing contract documents.
* Verifying that incoming fruit volumes align precisely with the Daily Production Report (LHP) of each mill.
* Formulating weekly FFB pricing documentation and managing billing administration processes.
* Generating accurate, timely reports regarding fruit purchasing expenditures.
* Organizing and maintaining systematic archives for all procurement-related paperwork.
* Monitoring competitor pricing trends and evaluating local market purchasing strategies.
General Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Agriculture, Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
