## Key Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure high standards of workplace safety and regulatory compliance, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma III (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree from any academic discipline.
* Experience Level: Open to enthusiastic fresh graduates, as well as candidates with a maximum of one year of relevant professional experience.
* Mandatory Certifications: Must possess recognized safety credentials, such as AK3U, K3 Migas, or K3 BNSP.
