## Job Role and Responsibilities
As a Production Staff member at our Gresik facility, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily manufacturing processes, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining our high standards of product quality. You will collaborate closely with various departments to optimize machine performance and streamline production workflows.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in an Engineering discipline.
* Industry Experience: Prior professional experience within the manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of production machinery operations and routine maintenance procedures.
* Software Proficiency: Ability to utilize AutoCAD design software effectively alongside standard Microsoft Office applications.
* Soft Skills: Strong capability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
