The Management Trainee for Finance, Accounting, and Tax will undergo comprehensive development to master financial operations within a large-scale manufacturing environment. Key daily responsibilities include:
* Financial Operations: Managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) workflows efficiently.
* General Ledger & Closing: Preparing journal entries, conducting variance analysis, executing account reconciliations, and supporting monthly closing procedures.
