Candidate Requirements
To ensure the high standards of our production floor, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Age Range: Between 20 and 40 years old.
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 155 cm; must not have any tattoos.
* Vision: Must not be color blind.
* Experience: At least one year of experience as a Production Operator is preferred, though fresh graduates who demonstrate a strong work ethic are highly encouraged to apply.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
