The Quality Assurance Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring that every tile leaving our factory meets international durability and design standards. We are looking for an individual with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
* Minimum educational background of High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* At least two years of professional experience specifically within the ceramic QA/QC department.
* Must pass a color-blindness screening.
* Ability to perform under pressure while meeting tight production deadlines.
* Possesses strong communication skills, combined with a meticulous and agile work style.
2. Mandarin Translator
To support our international operations and cross-functional communications, we are seeking a proficient Mandarin Translator. This role is essential for streamlining our production workflows and facilitating collaboration with our global partners.
* Full professional proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written).
* Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak the language fluently.
