1. PV Engineer
The PV Engineer plays a pivotal role in the technical design and viability assessment of our solar power projects.
* Site Assessment: Conduct comprehensive site surveys and evaluations to determine project feasibility.
* Project Planning: Partner with the Project Manager to develop detailed schedules, technical schematics, and accurate cash flow projections.
* Engineering Standards: Compile precise bills of materials (BOM) in strict accordance with international and local engineering standards.
2. Project Execution Specialist
This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of quality control and operational efficiency across various project sites.
* Procurement & Budgeting: Facilitate component purchasing and monitor budget utilization and project cash flow throughout the lifecycle.
* Documentation: Assist the Project Manager in drafting essential project documentation and finalizing comprehensive status reports.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee quality control during the execution phase.
* Maintenance: Plan, lead, and document all Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities to ensure the long-term performance of solar installations.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To maintain our industry-leading standards, we seek candidates who demonstrate both academic excellence and practical, hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector.
* Educational Background: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Post-Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physics Engineering, or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant work experience is mandatory. Candidates with prior direct experience in Solar Power Plants will be given priority.
* Technical Proficiency: Applicants should possess strong analytical skills and a high degree of technical adaptability. Proficiency in specialized software—specifically PVSyst, Helioscope, and Homer—is highly preferred.
* Communication Skills: As we operate in a professional, project-based environment, excellent communication skills in English are required.
