1. Accounting & Finance
Professionals in this department ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, asset inventory, and tax compliance.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing bookkeeping according to established procedures, maintaining secure financial documentation, and preparing timely financial reports.
* Requirements: D3/S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or Business Administration; GPA min 3.00; proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); strong data analysis skills.
2. Civil Engineering
Focused on infrastructure and facility maintenance, this role supports the structural integrity of our sites.
* Key Responsibilities: Creating structural designs and cost estimations, monitoring project progress, and ensuring maintenance schedules are met.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Civil Engineering; min 1 year of construction experience; proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; willingness to work in Tulang Bawang.
3. Drone Team & Technology Development

* Drone Operations: Field mapping, aerial inspections, and equipment maintenance.
* Technology Development: Web and IoT development, ensuring secure and aesthetic digital infrastructure using JavaScript, Python, ReactJS, and NodeJS.

4. Factory Operations

* Requirements: S1/D3 in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering; strong leadership and problem-solving skills; willingness to work in Lampung Tengah or Tulang Bawang.
5. Plantation Management
Led by the Plantation Manager, this department oversees the agricultural cycle.
* Core Tasks: Soil preparation, cane breeding, pest control, and mechanical harvesting to ensure high-yield production.
* Requirements: D3/D4/S1 in Agriculture, Forestry, Sciences (Math, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Stats), or Engineering; excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
6. Personalia & Industrial Relations
Ensures operational alignment with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing legal documentation, industrial relations, and company partnerships.
* Requirements: S1 Law or equivalent; strong data analysis and knowledge of government business regulations; proficiency in MS Office.
7. Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics
Governs the flow of materials from spare parts to finished sugar products (FGWH).
* Core Tasks: Managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock takes (STO), and coordinating with distributors according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards.
* Requirements: D3/D4/S1 from any major; high attention to detail; strong organizational skills and SOP orientation.
8. Workshop & Maintenance
Ensures the readiness of our heavy machinery, farming equipment, and transport fleet.
* Core Tasks: Diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs for tractors, harvesters, and trucks.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Electrical Engineering; strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
