## Open Positions and Career Paths
1. Technology Development & Drone Operations
Our tech division drives innovation, from precision agriculture to web infrastructure. We are hiring for the following roles:
* Drone Team: Responsible for flight operations, field mapping, inspections, and documentation. Candidates must be skilled in equipment maintenance and data verification.
* Web Developer: Tasked with designing secure, aesthetically pleasing, and functional websites. Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, ReactJS, and NodeJS is required.
* IoT Developer: Focused on implementing IoT solutions to optimize plantation and factory connectivity. A degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.

* Must be willing to be stationed at our Lampung Tengah or Tulang Bawang sites.
2. Factory Department
The backbone of our production, the Factory Department ensures that every grain of sugar meets the highest standards. We are looking for experts in:
* Mill & Boiler: Managing steam generation and cane milling.
* Process House: Overseeing evaporation, clarification, and crystallization.
* Electric & Instrument: Maintaining power supply and sensor-based systems.
* Engineering Service: Ensuring preventive maintenance and machine efficiency.
* Laboratory: Analyzing material quality (Brix, Pol, etc.) for continuous improvement.
* Factory Administration (FAS): Managing workforce logistics and operational compliance.
3. Plantation Department
Our plantations are the heart of our operations. Roles here involve land management, sugarcane cultivation, and harvesting optimization. We are seeking graduates in Agriculture, Forestry, Statistics, or Engineering (Geodesy/Surveying). Responsibilities include:
* Harvesting & Mechanical Harvest: Executing harvest programs.
* Agro-Research: Improving yields through biology control, cane breeding, and pest management.
* Workshop & Stillage: Maintaining agricultural machinery and managing nutrient distribution via stillage.
