Key Responsibilities

* Operational Support: Assisting in core HR processes and departmental activities.

* Exposure: Participating in job rotations and plant visits to gain a holistic view of the manufacturing ecosystem.
Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Industrial Engineering or Management from a reputable institution.
* Experience Level: Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
