## Current Open Positions
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to fill the following roles:
1. HRGA Officer
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.
* Experience: 1–3 years in HR/General Affairs, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
* Key Competencies: Proficient in attendance tracking, BPJS administration, and facility/vendor management. A solid understanding of ISO 9001/14001/13485 standards and policy creation is required.
2. Material Planner / Production Planner
* Education: Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in material or production planning.
* Key Competencies: Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
3. Programmer Technician
* Education: Diploma (D3) in Informatics Engineering or Computer Science.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of programming experience, ideally within a PCBA manufacturing environment.
4. Purchasing / Buyer Senior Officer
* Education: Minimum Diploma.
* Experience: At least 5 years of purchasing experience, with preference given to candidates with an electronic manufacturing background.
* Key Competencies: Expert-level negotiation skills for contracts and pricing, proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, and strong market trend analysis.
5. QEHS Management System (Senior Engineer)
* Education: Minimum Diploma.
* Experience: 2+ years in a similar role within a manufacturing company.
* Key Competencies: Expert knowledge of ISO standards, including 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, AS 9001, and TS 16949.
6. SMT Supervisor
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in a relevant field.
* Experience: 2+ years in an SMT-focused manufacturing role.
* Key Competencies: Strong operational knowledge of SMT processes and familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and 13485 quality standards.
7. Sourcing Specialist
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in sourcing or procurement within the electronics industry.
* Key Competencies: Expertise in supplier development, cost analysis, and vendor evaluation. ERP/MRP knowledge is highly desirable.
8. Wire Harness Manufacturing Engineer
* Education: Minimum Diploma.
* Experience: 2+ years in a manufacturing engineering capacity, with a specific focus on wire harnesses.
