## Role Overview: Management Trainee – Spinning
The Management Trainee program in the Spinning division is meticulously designed to cultivate the next generation of operational leaders and supervisors. Key Responsibilities
* Complete a rigorous Management Trainee curriculum aligned with corporate strategic objectives.
* Master the end-to-end Spinning production workflow, spanning from initial raw material processing to final packaging.
