## Job Overview: Production (Gesso) Leader
As a Production (Gesso) Leader, you will play a critical role in overseeing the manufacturing floor, optimizing team performance, and maintaining the exceptional quality standards that define the SFMP brand.

* Target Achievement: Take full ownership of meeting daily production quotas while upholding superior output quality standards.
* Team Development & Performance Appraisal: Mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities and conduct comprehensive performance evaluations.
* Process Oversight: Supervise the entire production and packaging workflow to ensure compliance with corporate operational guidelines.

Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
