We are currently recruiting for two key positions designed for individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced industrial environment.
1. Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and practical business solutions. You will be responsible for driving market growth, building lasting client relationships, and presenting our advanced cooling technologies to diverse industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Presentations: Formulate and deliver comprehensive technical presentations that clearly illustrate how our cooling solutions address the specific pain points of prospective clients.
* Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Proactively identify and qualify high-potential business leads, follow up on inquiries, negotiate contracts, and secure recurring commercial orders.
* Client Consultation: Collaborate closely with client representatives and internal engineering teams to assess system requirements and recommend optimal equipment configurations.
* Performance Metrics: Establish, track, and consistently meet quarterly and annual sales targets to support regional business objectives.
* Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor movements, identify emerging market trends, and report actionable feedback to senior leadership to foster continuous service improvement.
* Market Expansion: Proactively acquire new accounts by demonstrating our superior value proposition over competitors and exploring untapped market segments.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales or marketing experience within the HVAC, cooling tower, or heavy industrial equipment sectors.
* Language Capabilities: Professional-level fluency in English is mandatory. Working proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous to facilitate communication with regional partners.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, combined with high computer literacy and a collaborative mindset.
2. Project Management Staff
The Project Management Staff role is central to our operational efficiency. In this position, you will oversee project lifecycles, manage budgets, resolve logistical challenges, and ensure the seamless execution of international and domestic supply chains.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Scheduling: Develop, execute, and monitor detailed project roadmaps to ensure all milestones are completed on time.
* Budget & Financial Oversight: Monitor project expenditures, maintain balanced cash flows, and ensure resources are allocated cost-effectively.
* Logistics & Customs Administration: Manage complex import documentation, including Bills of Lading, Import Declarations, Certificates of Origin, and related logistics paperwork.
* Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional import regulations, restricted goods policies, Free Trade Agreements (FTA), and customs clearance protocols.
* Tariff Classification: Analyze HS Codes and navigate customs regulations to prevent clearance delays and minimize compliance risks.
* Supply Chain Management: Supervise suppliers, monitor local and international material deliveries, and ensure all incoming equipment meets our strict quality standards.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical Science, Economics, Business Management, or a related discipline.
* Professional Experience: Experience working in industrial construction, HVAC, cooling towers, or heavy machinery sectors is highly preferred. Proactive fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.
