We are looking for talented, dedicated individuals to fill the following roles:
1. Warehouse Planner
As a Warehouse Planner, you will optimize our modern storage facilities in Cikarang by aligning daily operations with client demands.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare comprehensive daily inbound and outbound operational schedules.
* Plan and optimize warehouse capacity, storage allocations, workforce requirements, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) deployment.
* Monitor inventory movements, resolve stock discrepancies, and manage storage allocation in coordination with relevant departments.
* Generate detailed daily reports on warehouse productivity, capacity utilization, and operational performance while proposing actionable corrective measures.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum D3 degree from any academic discipline.
* At least 1 year of professional experience as a planner, specifically within a warehouse environment.
* Solid foundational knowledge of warehousing operations, logistics functions, and general business processes.
* Possesses a strategic vision for business growth and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
2. Transport Planner
This role focuses on streamlining transportation workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between dispatch, route planning, and yard management.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Generate delivery orders, validation documents, and loading notes supported by efficient route planning.
* Coordinate with transporters and internal security personnel to oversee loading and unloading processes.
* Monitor real-time transport execution using the Transport Management System (TMS) and track Proof of Delivery (POD) statuses.
* Oversee yard management activities while strictly enforcing zero-compromise safety protocols among all transport partners.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum D3 degree across all majors.
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a Transport Planner within the logistics or transportation sector.
* Passive English proficiency or higher.
* Proven ability to operate Transport Management Systems (TMS) alongside strong documentation and reporting skills.
3. Administration Staff
Administrative professionals ensure data accuracy, manage sales orders, and maintain seamless communication across various departmental touchpoints.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Convert canvas sales Purchase Orders into Delivery Orders and process sales entries up to the billing stage.
* Handle returns processing, equipment delivery tracking, and periodic equipment stock opnames.
* Register new customer accounts within master data databases and extract analytical operational data.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree in any field.
* At least 1 year of administrative experience within a logistics or transport setting.
* Familiarity with warehouse inbound, outbound, and inventory workflows.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and familiarity with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
4. Equipment Operator
Equipment Operators are vital to maintaining high standards of Good Warehouse Practice (GWP) and safely handling heavy inventory.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute secure put-away, picking, transferring, and replenishing procedures in alignment with system batches and expiration dates.
* Conduct safety checks, maintenance verifications, and battery management for Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
* Participate in routine stock takes and physical inventory counts to maintain strict inventory accuracy.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* At least 2 years of proven experience operating material handling machinery.
* Mandatory: Valid Class 2 Forklift License (SIO Forklift Kelas 2) registered with TemanK3.
* High attention to detail, mathematical aptitude, integrity, and willingness to work in shift rotations.
5. Picker Checker
Picker Checkers ensure precision during goods receipt and dispatch, safeguarding order accuracy through rigorous verification methods.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Offload incoming shipments and verify physical cargo against accompanying documentation.
* Pick items accurately from storage racks using RF Scanners, validating exact SKUs, batches, and quantities before staging them in loading areas.
* Execute feeder activities and ensure assigned handling equipment remains safe and fully operational.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* At least 1 year of warehouse experience is strongly preferred.
* Capable of operating pallet movers and holding a valid Class 2 Forklift License (SIO Forklift Kelas 2) is a distinct advantage.
* Strong numerical skills, meticulous accuracy, and readiness to work in shifting schedules.
