## What You Will Do: Key Engineering Responsibilities
As an Engineer at Samick Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless operation of our large-scale manufacturing lines. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Process Optimization: Conducting rigorous data analysis and driving continuous improvement initiatives across all production lines to maximize efficiency.
* Equipment Oversight: Monitoring and evaluating the performance, reliability, and safety of plant machinery and technical equipment.
* Troubleshooting: Acting quickly as a problem solver to diagnose mechanical or technical bottlenecks and implement effective corrective actions on the production floor.
* Technical Documentation: Drafting comprehensive technical reports, standard operating procedures, and maintaining thorough engineering documentation.
