## General and Specific Qualifications
To ensure our team continues to deliver exceptional service, candidates must meet the specific educational and licensing requirements outlined for each role:
* Educational Background:
* Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) required for Branch Manager, Head Admin, and Warehouse Supervisor roles.
* Minimum High School diploma or vocational equivalent (SMA/SMK) required for Sales Supervisor, Salesman, Admin Staff, Warehouse Staff, Driver, and Helper positions.
* Experience: Previous working experience in a similar role within the FMCG distribution sector will be considered a significant advantage.
* Licensing Requirements:
* Valid Driver's License Type A (SIM A) required for Branch Manager candidates.
* Valid Motorcycle License (SIM C) and personal vehicle required for Sales Supervisor and Salesman roles.
* Valid Commercial Driver's License Type B1 (SIM B1) required for Driver applicants.
