Engineering and Technical Roles
* Site Manager
* Minimum Diploma in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
* At least 5 years of professional experience in the construction sector.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
* Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems; K3 or SKA certifications are highly preferred.
* Site Engineer (SE)
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
* At least 3 years of experience (fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are welcome to apply).
* Expertise in AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, and MS Office.
* Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP)
* Minimum Diploma in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
* 3+ years of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and deep understanding of MEP systems and materials.
* Supervisor (PL)
* Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering.
* 2+ years of experience (fresh graduates with a GPA of 3.00+ may apply).
* Proven ability to interpret and implement design drawings on-site.
* Surveyor (SVR)
* Diploma in any major.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in high-rise building projects.
* Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and project-specific surveying instruments.
Design, Safety, and Administrative Support
* Drafter
* Minimum Diploma in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
* 2+ years of experience (fresh graduates with a GPA of 3.00+ welcome).
* Advanced AutoCAD skills and high attention to detail.
* HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)
* Diploma in Health, Safety, or a related field.
* 2+ years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with a GPA of 3.00+ welcome).
* Familiarity with job safety analysis, hazard identification, and risk management. HSE and general K3 certifications are a distinct advantage.
* Quantity Surveyor (QS)
* Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering.
* 2+ years of experience (fresh graduates with a GPA of 3.00+ welcome).
* Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office.
* Admin (ADM)
* Diploma in any major.
* Fresh graduates with a GPA of 3.00+ are encouraged to apply.
* Strong computer skills and high level of administrative precision.
