## Current Openings and Requirements
We are looking for experts who possess the technical acumen and professional experience to drive our operational excellence. Please review the following roles:
1. Senior PSC Management Officer
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Finance, or Petroleum Engineering.
* Experience: At least 8 years in the oil and gas sector.
* Key Competencies: Comprehensive understanding of E&P business and deep techno-commercial knowledge regarding petroleum arrangements, specifically Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs), Gas Sales Agreements (GSAs), and Unitization Agreements (UAs).
2. Senior Risk Management & Emergency Response Officer
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering or a related discipline.
* Experience: 8–10 years in crisis management, HSE, or operations within high-hazard industries.
* Key Competencies: Proficiency in Incident Command Systems (ICS), root cause analysis, and orchestrating multi-disciplinary emergency drills. Certifications such as Tripod Beta, SCAT, or TapRooT are highly advantageous.
3. Maintenance Planner
* Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Experience: 8–10 years within the oil and gas industry.
* Key Competencies: Expert-level proficiency in maintenance systems (SAP PM or Maximo) and a strong grasp of reliability engineering methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, and RBI.
4. Administration Assistant
* Education: Diploma in Business Administration or Management.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in office management or related administrative roles.
* Key Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality while managing multiple, rapidly evolving tasks.
## Technical Roles (Offshore Operations)
We are seeking specialized technicians capable of thriving in challenging offshore environments while maintaining our rigorous safety standards.
5. Mechanical Technician
* Qualifications: Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; 10+ years of hands-on experience in offshore/petrochemical settings.
* Technical Focus: Maintenance of rotating equipment (compressors, pumps, gas turbines) and static assets. Solar Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) experience is preferred.
* Key Certifications: MIGAS or DISNAKER crane operation certification is highly desirable.
6. Instrument Technician
* Qualifications: Technical Diploma in Instrumentation or Electronics; 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
* Technical Focus: Extensive experience with DCS (Honeywell preferred), SIS, and FGS systems. Familiarity with industrial IT and networking in production environments is essential.
* Key Certifications: Training in functional safety (IEC 61511) and hazardous area standards is highly preferred.
