Position: Specialist Production Operator
The Specialist Production Operator plays a vital role on our manufacturing floor. This position ensures that daily production targets are met efficiently while strictly adhering to safety and quality regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Machine Operation & Monitoring: Efficiently operate, monitor, and perform routine maintenance on production machinery in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Workspace Maintenance: Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the production area to guarantee product safety and regulatory compliance.
* Output Optimization: Drive daily production outputs to meet targeted quotas without compromising on strict quality benchmarks.
* Documentation & Reporting: Compile accurate daily reports detailing manufacturing output levels, raw material consumption rates, and any encountered technical hurdles.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Graduates from Vocational High Schools (SMK) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, supplemented by a minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional experience as a production operator.
