## Core Responsibilities
Candidates selected for this role will engage in dynamic operational tasks, including:
* Executing smooth shift handovers and maintaining accurate operational reporting.
* Collaborating within structured shift systems tailored for the oil and gas sector.

## Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this career opportunity, applicants must meet the following mandatory requirements:
* Gender & Age: Male applicants with a maximum age of 45 years.
* Educational Background & Experience:
* Minimum vocational high school (SMA/SMK) in a Technical discipline with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a Technical discipline with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
* Technical Proficiency: Capable of reading P&ID, flow diagrams, datasheets, and operating procedures. Strong understanding of operational parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, level, and gas quality. Familiarity with industrial valves, meters, separators, scrubbers, instrumentation, and related equipment.
* Administrative Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with an advanced command of MS Excel.
* Work Arrangement: Physically and mentally prepared to work in a demanding shift system within a dynamic oil and gas operational environment.
* Geographical Preference: Priority will be given to candidates currently domiciled in Gresik and Pasuruan.
