We are seeking dedicated individuals who possess the technical expertise and passion for aviation to fill the following roles:
1. Quality Control Officer
The Quality Control Officer plays a vital role in ensuring that all maintenance standards meet the highest safety and regulatory requirements.
* Gender/Age: Open to male and female applicants; maximum age of 45 years as of September 2026.
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably from an Aviation Academy or University.
* Licensing: Must hold an AMEL for A320 CEO/NEO.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience with the A320 aircraft type, including at least 1 year as an authorized holder.
* Personal Attributes: Physically and mentally fit with a clean professional record.
* Preferred Qualifications: Priority given to candidates with Basic Inspector or Basic Auditor/Investigator certification.
* Employment Status: Applicants must be free from any existing service bonds or professional obligations.
2. Engineer – Line Maintenance (A320)
Our Line Maintenance Engineers are tasked with the critical responsibility of managing, controlling, and monitoring aircraft maintenance to ensure peak operational reliability and safety.
* Analyze, decide, and resolve maintenance issues to keep the fleet in an airworthy condition.
* Maintain meticulous records and report all maintenance activities.
* Ensure all technical interventions are productive and meet the highest quality standards.
* Gender: Male.
* Technical Expertise: Demonstrated competence in maintenance for the Airbus A320 family.
* Licensing: Possession of a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AMEL) for at least one year.
* Professional Proficiency: Deep understanding of the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Trouble Shooting Manual (TSM), and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).
* Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to perform troubleshooting, inspections, and rectifications.
* Compliance: Expert knowledge of safety protocols, quality standards, and aviation maintenance regulations.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to function effectively both as an individual contributor and as a team member.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work according to operational demands and company regulations.
