## Role Overview: Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing cycle. Your primary responsibilities include operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining an organized workspace. You will be the frontline of our operational success, ensuring that our output meets the rigorous demands of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Machinery Management: Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
* Quality and Reporting: Document production outcomes, track raw material usage, and report any technical malfunctions or quality deviations immediately.
* Operational Housekeeping: Maintain impeccable cleanliness in the warehouse areas, specifically near the Silo and tented storage facilities.
* Inventory Verification: Conduct daily reconciliation between production reports and physical stock to ensure accuracy.
* Logistics Support: Prepare outgoing shipments by creating packing lists and verifying that dispatched quantities align perfectly with shipping manifests (Surat Jalan).
* Loading and Handling: Facilitate the loading and unloading of goods while monitoring incoming and outgoing stock movements.
* Stock Management: Perform monthly stock opname and track essential supplies, such as ink and raw materials, providing timely notifications when supplies run low.
* Collaborative Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, remaining adaptable to evolving operational requirements.
## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum completion of high school (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Experience Level: We welcome both experienced operators and fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in manufacturing.
* Technical Aptitude: A solid foundational understanding or willingness to learn the operation of complex production machinery.
