Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a proactive professional who is committed to maintaining the highest safety standards in our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: Hold a D4 or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Environmental Engineering.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role.
* Certifications: Must hold a valid AK3 Umum (General OHS) certificate.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SMK3 awareness training is required; experience in setting up and implementing SMK3 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) in a workplace environment is highly preferred.
* Soft Skills: A strong sense of responsibility, loyalty, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work culture.
