## Available Career Paths
1. Operator Positions
These roles are essential to our daily manufacturing and logistics operations.
* Technical Support: Vocational (SMK) background in Building/Construction/Woodwork/Property.
* Sales/Admin: Open to all majors; supports regional business growth.
* Technical Roles: Positions for Mechanics, Electrical, Quality Control, and Production Operators (requires SMK in Electrical, Machine, or Welding).
* Logistics & Security: Forklift and Loader Operators (must hold valid SIO), Security (Gada Pratama certified), and Truck Drivers (requires SIM B1).
2. Staff Level Professionals
We are looking for experts to drive our administrative, technical, and operational departments.
* Corporate Functions: Accounting & Finance (D3/S1 Accounting), HR (Psychology/Law), and IT (Informatics/Information Systems).
* Technical & Quality Assurance: R&D, Clinical Nurses (Hiperkes required), QMS Inspectors, and Occupational Health & Safety (K3L) Specialists (AK3 General certified).
* Maintenance & Engineering: PT Mechanics and Electricians (D3/S1 Engineering backgrounds).
3. Supervisory & Management Roles

## General Requirements and Application Process
To be considered for these roles, candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, flexibility regarding shift work, and a willingness to be stationed according to project requirements, primarily in Demak, with some roles extending to Semarang, Solo, and Banyumas.
