We invite a highly skilled and diligent Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to our mission of sustained, principled growth.
## Core Responsibilities of the Accountant
The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our retail operations. Your daily objectives will encompass the following core areas:
* Financial Reporting & Documentation: Diligently record all corporate financial transactions, maintain general ledgers, and prepare precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analysis.
* Tax Compliance: Manage the end-to-end tax lifecycle, including calculating, recording, and reporting VAT (PPN) and Income Tax (PPh), while ensuring full adherence to prevailing tax regulations.
* Budgeting & Analysis: Provide actionable financial insights to management, assist in comprehensive budget planning, and conduct variance analysis to monitor fiscal performance against set targets.
* Verification & Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of all financial source documents, such as invoices, receipts, and billing statements.
* Audit Readiness: Coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring a streamlined process and addressing any findings with corrective action.
* Asset & Data Management: Maintain a highly organized digital and physical archive of financial records to ensure rapid accessibility for stakeholders.
* Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Purchasing, Human Resources, and Finance departments to streamline transaction workflows and improve organizational efficiency.
## Professional Requirements

1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
