We are inviting qualified candidates to apply for the following roles:
1. Civil & Road Maintenance Officer
* Responsibilities: Oversee hauling road maintenance, infrastructure development, and settling pond (KPL) operations to ensure minimal downtime.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 3+ years of experience, active POP certification, and strong project management skills.
2. ESG System & Compliance Officer
* Responsibilities: Monitor HSE inspections, ensure environmental regulation compliance (UKL-UPL), and manage vendor safety performance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in SIMPEL reporting systems.
3. External Relations Staff
* Responsibilities: Manage social mapping, foster community relationships, oversee permit documentation, and lead social engagement programs.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Social Sciences, or Sociology. 1–2 years of experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
4. HR Officer
* Responsibilities: Manage organizational development, job descriptions, employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), and HRIS systems.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Management with 3+ years of relevant experience.
5. LB3 & Water Management Staff
* Responsibilities: Monitor water quality, chemical inventories, and rainfall data to ensure environmental targets are met.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering. 1–2 years of experience and valid POPA certification.
6. LB3 & Water Management Supervisor
* Responsibilities: Supervise water treatment processes (WWTP), analyze water quality samples, and ensure strict adherence to environmental safety standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering, 3+ years of experience, and POPAL certification.
7. Management System & Improvement Officer
* Responsibilities: Facilitate Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP), manage KPI tracking, and support the Mining Safety Committee.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems with 3+ years of experience.
8. Operation Safety Staff
* Responsibilities: Execute commissioning/re-commissioning plans for mining equipment and maintain digital safety databases.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering. 1–2 years of experience.
9. Operations Safety Supervisor
* Responsibilities: Lead site safety inspections for mining infrastructure, manage commissioning strategies, and oversee safety digitalization.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering, 3+ years of experience, and active POP certification.
10. Shipping & Barging Admin Officer (Based in Palembang)
* Responsibilities: Handle logistics documentation, barge loading processes, SAP procurement (PR/GR), and shipping reconciliation.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marine, or Business. 3+ years of experience with strong SAP and INCOTERMS knowledge.
11. Surveyor
* Responsibilities: Conduct topographical surveys, process aerial data for mapping, and manage volume calculations for excavation/backfilling.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Mining Engineering. 1–2 years of experience in mapping/cartography.
12. Warehouse Staff
* Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inventory control, physical counts, and SAP reporting.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management or Industrial Engineering. 1–2 years of experience with a high attention to detail.
