* Residency: Local residents currently living in or near the designated placement areas.

* Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven B2B sales experience within the industrial, mining, forestry, oil and gas, or heavy equipment sectors.

* Licensing & Mobility: Must hold a valid and active Class A driving license (SIM A) and be fully willing to conduct routine client site visits and business travel.
