1. Electrical Technician
As an Electrical Technician, you will be the backbone of our field operations, ensuring that electrical infrastructure is safe, reliable, and high-performing.
* Conducting site surveys and technical inspections.
* Performing rigorous equipment testing and documenting results.
* Maintaining field tools and ensuring inventory readiness.
* Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Field Technician within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
* Must be available for an immediate start in November 2026, with flexibility for overtime as project schedules dictate.
* Strong proficiency in interpreting complex electrical schematics, including Wiring Diagrams and Single Line Diagrams.
* Proven technical skills in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) panels, as well as Busbar systems.
* Possession of an active K3 Electrical certification is highly preferred.
2. Automation Technician
This role is for those who thrive at the intersection of hardware and logic. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our automation projects, from initial design to final commissioning.
* Executing site surveys and comprehensive technical reviews.
* Developing project plans and managing site execution.
* Supervising installations, PLC programming, system testing, and commissioning.
* Compiling detailed technical reports upon project completion.
* Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience as a Field Technician in industrial or manufacturing environments.
* Must be available for an immediate start in November 2026 and comfortable working flexible hours/overtime.
* Solid understanding of PLC systems, SCADA architecture, and industrial instrument calibration.
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities regarding motor control systems, Variable Speed Drives (VSD), and panel interlock circuits.
