Candidate Requirements
To ensure we maintain our high standards of service and innovation, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a nationally or internationally accredited university (with an "A" or "Excellent" rating).
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Age Limits: Maximum 25 years old for Bachelor’s degree holders and 27 years old for Master’s degree holders.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of two years of professional experience.
* Preferred Disciplines: Civil, Environmental, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, as well as Hydrology/Water Resources, Architecture, Data Science, or Food Technology.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English or other foreign languages, supported by a certificate from a recognized institution.
* Soft Skills & Versatility: Active participation in student organizations, internships, or research projects is highly valued.
* Commitment: Must be single, willing to be deployed to any of our operational locations, and prepared to enter into a service bond agreement.
