1. Accounting, Tax, and Treasury Intern
* Job Description: Review VAT returns (SPT PPN), manage tax invoices, prepare Corporate Income Tax Returns (CITR) documentation, support audit proof preparation, handle billing and invoice issuance, and contribute to tax and accounting compliance policies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation (minimum 5th semester); commit to a minimum 6-month internship; solid grasp of basic tax and accounting principles; understanding of policy drafting; proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
2. Finance Business Development Intern
* Job Description: Conduct internal and external market research, analyze company financial data, prepare presentation materials or reports, and support competitiveness projects.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting (minimum 5th semester); commit to a minimum 6-month internship; capable of reading financial statements and conducting business and journal research; proficient in Microsoft Excel; excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
3. Operation Planning Development Control Intern
* Job Description: Support the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational data recaps, and monitor operational performance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (minimum 5th semester); commit to a minimum 5-month internship; strong English proficiency; mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
4. Operation Development Intern
* Job Description: Support Safety Programs (reports, issues, events), draft Passenger DMS SOPs, monitor and report internal driver performance, oversee the JO Kumis Kaizen Project, assist with driver recruitment for upcoming projects, and support Driver Training Program improvements.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from any relevant major (minimum 5th semester); commit to a minimum 6-month internship; proficient in Microsoft Office; basic graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop); excellent public speaking, interpersonal, and analytical capabilities.
5. Supply Demand Management Intern
* Job Description: Collect and analyze customer requests from the operations team, collaborate with supply and operations teams to align requests with available capacity, draft customer proposals, manage end-to-end administrative processes, ensure transporter compliance with company SOPs, monitor transporter KPIs (on-time delivery, damage rates, customer satisfaction), and handle SLA escalations or tariff disputes.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (minimum 7th semester); commit to a minimum 6-month internship; mastery of Microsoft Office and basic admin skills; exceptional negotiation, customer-handling, and analytical skills.
6. Fullstack Developer Intern
* Job Description: Analyze requirements from Business Process Analysts before project development, execute front-end and back-end development tasks with proper documentation, troubleshoot system issues, and compile technical documentation including user guides, system designs, and project reports.
