## Job Overview: Warehouse Operator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and physically resilient Warehouse Operator to manage our daily inventory flow. In this role, you will ensure that all warehousing operations run seamlessly, supporting our high-volume production demands.
Key Responsibilities
* Inventory Management: Execute accurate stock opname procedures and maintain meticulous inventory records.
* Logistics Handling: Oversee the end-to-end procedures for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
* Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, including hand pallets and forklifts.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on working experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
2. Certifications & Skills: Proven proficiency in operating warehouse machinery, backed by a valid Surat Izin Operasi (SIO) for forklift operation.
3. Operational Knowledge: A solid grasp of standard warehouse receiving, storage, and dispatch workflows.
4. Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail when conducting stock counts and recording inventory data.
5. Physical Readiness: Strong physical endurance and the flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
