## Current Job Vacancies
1. Management Trainee (All Plants)
We are seeking high-potential individuals to join our leadership pipeline.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Plastics Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates, provided they have relevant internship experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and specialized engineering software.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with plastic production processes such as injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, or thermoforming is required.
* Requirements: Strong analytical and leadership skills, target-oriented, integrity-driven, and must be willing to be stationed at any of our plant locations.
2. Information Technology (IT) Staff – Sidoarjo & Surabaya
We are looking for a tech-savvy professional to maintain and optimize our digital infrastructure.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in an IT role.
* Skills: Strong analytical and logical problem-solving capabilities, proficiency in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems, and effective teamwork skills.
* Requirements: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and availability for placement in Surabaya or Sidoarjo.
3. Inventory Control Staff – Sidoarjo
Our warehouse operations require an organized professional to manage stock accuracy and logistical workflows.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or Logistics.
* Experience: At least 1 year in warehouse administration, inventory management, or logistics.
* Skills: Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP) and experience with ERP systems or inventory software (e.g., SAP, Accurate).
* Requirements: High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to conduct accurate stock opname and inventory reporting.
4. Sales Export-Import Staff – Surabaya
We are looking for a dynamic communicator to manage our international market relations and logistics.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or English Literature.
* Skills: Fluency in English (verbal and written), proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel), and highly developed negotiation and presentation skills.
* Requirements: Thorough understanding of export-import procedures and regulatory requirements. Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) is considered an advantage.
